How long does it take to receive my package
and how is it sent?
All mail orders received before Saturday are shipped out Monday. Your package will arrive on Wednesday or Thursday. Packages are sent 2-3 day priority via USPS. Your package is insulated and packed with enough dry ice and or tec-ice to keep it cold enough upon arrival.
Where do I find cooking instructions?

Can I send a pizza to a P.O. Box?
Sorry, can only ship to street addresses.
Can I have a card or special message enclosed in the package?
Yes, we can enclose a message to personalize the package.
We also have "Thank You" and "Happy Birthday" cards we can use as well. It is free to enclose a message or card, just enter details when ordering.
Can you ship outside of the USA?
